Method: Mix 1/2 liter of POWERBURN in 200 liters of plain water. Use this as a liquid binder for acid-resisting bricks, tiles, stoneware pipes, fittings, and other pottery works.

Method: Mix 200 ml of POWERBURN in 200 liters of plain water. Use this as a liquid binder for products like red bricks, roof tiles, earthenware, terra-cotta, and more.

Method: 150 ml POWERBURN dissolved in 100 ltrs. of plain water, used as solution binder.

Method: 100 ml POWERBURN dissolved in 100 ltrs. of plain water, used as solution binder.

No other chemicals should be used with POWERBURN to adjust the slip viscosity or fluidity of the slip. Any adjustments should be made by controlling the quantity of the added solution of POWERBURN.
During rainy season (2% to 4% less solution required due to high humidity).
During summer (May-June), around 2% to 4% more solution will be required due to heat.
For preparation of glaze, 0.05% solution of POWERBURN should be used (50 mls. of POWERBURN dissolved in 100 ltrs. of plain water).
